I believe global warming is caused by humans - it's happening at a much faster rate than any global change has ever happened.

It's not a myth and the people who believe it is a myth better have some oil shares, because they've bought into that propaganda, so they might as well profit too.

Leaders and scientists around the world have recognized the reality of global warming. Even the current US President has recognized it exists. Still there are a few stubborn, pig headed, individuals who just won't believe for some reason.
Maybe their heads are buried in sand or in their own butts that they are blinded by the truth as seen by a majority of the world. Not just liberal media but all media has reported this phenomenon.
The question among scientists is how much of the global warming is caused by humans. That varies. Actually it shouldn't matter we should still strive for cleaner air and water. It is the least we can do for future generations.

Global warming isn't a myth. It's a fact. The only thing people argue about, is what's causing it! We KNOW the planet is changing. Icebergs are melting...sea levels are rising...temperatures are fluctuating...we KNOW this as fact!
The argument is: Are humans causing it...or is the earth going through a natural warming cycle?

They have a section on religion - is that proof that God exists?
They have a section on the paranormal - is that proof that ghosts exist? Or UFOs?
They have a section on mythology - is that proof that Big Foot exists?
I'm not denying GW - I just refuse to get excited about any of the media scares anymore. In the 70s, we were all doomed because of the looming ice age.

IT IS NOT A MYTH. It is a scientific theory. A theory that is has been proven more right every single day. Just because conservatives have no interest in reading any articles on it backed up with scientific facts and explanations, simply makes them ignornant. In my own view, why take the chance that it is only a false theory to be shunned? I want to see my children's grandchildren have the same, or even a better Earth to live on than I currently do. Are you willing to risk that for your own selfish reasons, or do you actually not care about future generations? My guess is the latter.

I happen to believe that global warming is happening but NOT caused by human activity. The warming is caused by.....(drum roll, please) the SUN!!!!!

Does this mean that we should pollute to our hearts content. No. But please, do more research and use common sense. Global warming is cyclical in nature, caused by various phases of the sun. Relax. Everything will be OK.

Climate change is real, and nobody has questioned that. The argument is whether it is attributable to human activity. In the last analysis, why does that matter? It is probably not solely attributable to what we are doing, but can anyone doubt that we are contributiong to the problem?

I dont doubt that global warming is real, what I dont believe is that its caused by humans and that we can change it. these things come in cycles. one day we'll have another ice age and everyone who moved to the north pole will be running to equador.
