Anger is harder because revenge tries to come into play. I work harder at getting rid of it quickly. Love on the other hand I can express or stifle. My choice of expression is definitely love but anger is something I work to control everyday and learn how to deal with it.

I'm pathetically obvious about all emotions, but I think I have a harder time hiding anger. I kind of shoot sparks out of my eyes when I'm upset.

I feel real bad if i don't express my anger and love, cos everyone including my pet has a right to know how i feel. It only clears the airways for a better life.
None for me is harder to express!

My anger because if I love my parents then I tell them. If I get mad at them or anyone then I don't hide it

Anger for me..
Love is also difficult, but that would all be up to the person who feels these things and the things they do normally when either in love or pist

I'd say you can control your feelings of love or anger but you can't hide them, for it is manifested by your unconscious body movements, color of your auras, facial expressions like the "hard lips" or wet glossy lips, high eyebrows, constricted or dilated pupils, blush of your face or ears, some the enlargement of nostrils,lol, tone of voice, subtle body movements of any part,your interest or disinterest towards a certain issue in connection with that someone, ans so many others.
again, you can control them, but you can't hide them.

there are 3 things in life that are hardest to hide. Love, Jealousy, & a Cough.
