That's so funny, I thought I never would but it turns out it's 5 years exactly since I got expelled from school.

Things have definitely changed for me since then lol, first downhill - no qualifications, moved to Liverpool with my boyfriend, didn't have a job for 2 years, got pregnant, he bailed, moved back with my alcoholic mum, postnatal depression, moved to a council hellhole where I was harrassed, scared for our lives. Now things are looking up though - moved to a lovely house (non-council), loving every minute with my son (now 2 1/2), doing A-levels at home, about to become a surrogate for a wonderful couple, plan to become a midwife once my son starts school.

Been a busy 5 years! Nice question, made me thing how much things have changed. And I'm only 20 now lol, who knows what the next 60-odd years could bring?

I was in my council house getting nervous because the neighbours were moving out. They were the only people I really trusted in my whole street as it was a bad area. They had the noisiest children ever but I didn't complain as it was a comfort for me and my son that we were not alone.

Things have changed dramatically, I have bought my house in a safe neighbourhood as I got burgled after my neighbours moved out and an idiot moved in. I have had a baby with my partner of 2 and a half years and I own more stuff than I have space for. My family is happy and safe and I don't even have the worry of my ex-husband harassing me as he knows our son would probably realise I am not lying about his dad being a bastard who kept breaking into our former home and beating me up whilst he slept. The best part of this is I can give my children the best upbringing because we are now safe.

I was in Scotland at at this time? Home after a night shift. Have things changed since? Yes! I moved to Ireland and had to give up work because of health problems. I'd give everything away to go back to this time 5 years ago!

Unemployed and changing my lifes path.

I'd been working with adults; helping them back into work and I was made redundent.

I retrained and I'm now a Club Manager and work with children aged 4 to 11.
