A(2,-3);B(-2,3);C(-3,-2)D(3,2).
slope of AB=6/-4=-3/2,
slope of BC=5/1=5,
slope of CD=4/6=2/3,
slope of DA=5/1=5,
aslope of BC=slope of DA
length of BC^2=1+25=26
lengthof DA^2=25+1=26
so BC is parallel to DA and BC=DA,so the Quadrilateral is a parallelogram. ANS.

You need to show that 2 pairs of these lines have the same slope, or that one pair has the same slope and equal length.
