First off tell your Mom, she will fix absolutely any problems or questions you have involving this. I recomend using a pad at first though. It might be a bit uncomfortable but in a few days it will be comforting and much better than a tampon. Also, let your Dad know. Guys think periods are way worse than we say and he'll get you chocolate, etc. Whatever you need no questions asked.

Talk to your mom and let her know. Get some pads to start off. You probably shouldn't go right into using tampons. Wait until your like 4th period that way you get used to the idea of having it first.

uhm; tell someone in your house. Like your mom or dad, or someone. If you dont have any pads, then go out and buy some. If this is your first time, i would suggest pads, because tampons could be dangerous if you dont know how to properly use them. For right now, i would suggest wearing some toilet paper to prevent bleeding through if you dotn have any tampons or pads.

Well, since you said you're 22 in an earlier question, I'm assuming this isn't your first period- so why is it that you don't know what to do?

Go watch the first 10 minutes of the movie Carrie and be thankful it didn't happen like that!

... and yesh, tell mum/mom... nothing to be ashamed of, tis natural. She'll help you out. If you ain't got a mum/mom ask the nearest female :)

invest in a tampon...
im confused, this is under "trying to conceive" are you trying to have a baby and got your period? or like is that a mistake and you just got your first period?
If its the latter i suggest talking to your mom or another older women that you trust.

Tell your mum!

She will be able to buy you some pads etc. and answer any of those worrying questions.

Its just part of becoming a grown up and not scary, gross or anything like that. Your mum will be fine talking to you.

take a shower and relax. Make sure you're wearing a pad. But the main thing right now is to relax.
