Mexico needs one.
I think it WILL happen there.
Unfortunately, they will likely set up a new political system that they will not be able to control.

There has always been an uprising from the lower class in the USA. That's what's so great about our country...it doesn't happen overnight, but YOU CAN rise up!

No, sad to say the rich will always be able to oppress the lower class, so best bet is to work your way up to the middle class.
It won't ever happen they are too concerned with finding their next meal.
