is it true that most of the major league and national league lacrosse players are either, firemen, policemen, paramedics, or in business.....i heard this from others, didnt know if it was really true ....like are the leagues only made by those professions

Yes, many lacrosse players do not get a lot of money for their jobs because of the fact that lacrosse is one of the least popular sports in America. Players need to hold jobs that do not need a lot of background such as major college degrees for policemen and firemen. Buisnessmen hold regular 9-5 jobs with weekends off so players can practice during those times. However, in my belief some players can hold higher jobs and still play lacrosse. I hope that eventually players will become better paid and have to only be players to increase their skill and time they play the sport.
Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in America!!

Yes. Many players have second jobs. Lacrosse has yet to gain "ESPN" status, so few players are able to support themselves off of the meager pay the NLL and MLL pay them. Also, most players play for both leagues.

they dont get paid enough money so they need a second Job
