I just noticed one of my contacts is missing. does that mean she blocked me? i never said anything mean or bad to her.

nope ... when someone blocks you the only way to know is trying to get acess to the question ... if the result is "you cant see this now ... or something like" ... you are blocked

Most likely deleted because yahoo is deactivating a lot of accounts.

try to answer one of her questions, if it won't let you then maybe, she may also have been deleted.
