Every baby is different. My daughter had bottom teeth when she was born and the top teeth came in at 6 months. My son remained toothless until he was 9 month, then they all seemed to come out at the same time.

It was 2 months later. She got the bottom teeth at 6 months, top two at 8 months, She got one of the eye teeth about a week before she was ten months. Now she's ten months and a week and that stupid other eye tooth is taking its darn time lol.
This is helpful and shows the averages:

I think there's usually a month in between the bottom and the top. My daughter got her bottom two when she was 9 months and her top two came through exactly a month later.

Unfortunately, everyone and every child is different. My daughter started getting her teeth in at four months old and averaged a tooth every three weeks.

If he can not cope with products yet then mash it up, or maybe puree it! there is not something magical approximately advertisement toddler nutrients. it is chosen table meals mashed up, put in a jar, and given a complex label and price. No toddler EVER desires it. yet your toddler will study to consume products with the aid of ingesting products. in case you scoop each and every thing out of his mouth the 2d he tries to consume a chew of a few thing, he will in no way study.
