You have to find them on the bittorrent network.

Bittorrent is another way of sharing files, different from limewire, bearshare, etc. To get a bittorrent client, you can put torrent in the search box at www.download.com. I use one called bitcomet which is very easy to use. You can download it for free:

http://www.bitcomet.com/

Next you have to goto a bittorrent portal site like torrentscan.net. It lets you search multiple websites with torrents on them. Put the name of the show in the search box, then you download the torrent for that episode. You haven't downloaded the episode yet. The torrent helps you find all the users out there with different pieces of the episode that you want. You run your bittorrent client (e.g. Bitcomet, Azureus), open the torrent you downloaded and away you go!

For B&B (which I'm a huge fan of), you can download 3 months of episodes at a time. They arrange the whole year's episodes into quarters of a year.

Here are examples of torrent links:

http://www.mininova.org/search/?search=young+and+the+restless

http://btjunkie.org/search?q=as+the+world+turns

Isohunt is another great torrent site:

http://www.isohunt.com/

For soaps, since they have so many episodes, people upload them according to date. You can download a whole month's worth of episodes.

Also, there may be multiple torrents for the shows. You want to choose the one with the most seeders (these are people with the entire episode and are uploading it for others to share). Peers are people with incomplete episodes and are downloading too.

Here is more info on how it works:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/bittorrent...

An episode is about 100-200 mb in length, so if you don't have a high-speed internet connection, forget it. If you have high-speed, how fast it downloads depends on how many seeders (people uploading the whole episode) there are. It can be as fast as 45 minutes if you have about 40-50 seeders. Since you are talking about season 3, there should be lots of people who have it and the downloads shouldn't take ages. One thing about bittorrent compared to limewire, the shows come on the internet much faster. I can download an episode of a popular show from the internet within hours of it being broadcast for the first time.

I had been looking Guiding Light on and off- paintings agenda- considering the fact that I used to be 12. That used to be 30 years in the past. My grandmother began the culture whilst Guiding Light used to be at the radio. Then it used to be a fifteen minute exhibit on television, then a 30 minute exhibit and now our one hour. These characters are like loved ones to me. Sad however real. I take that again- I am a proud cleaning soap watcher. The cancellation of Guiding Light could absolutely go away a gap in my existence. I wish it's only a rumor. There is such a lot cr** on t.v. Why cannot they go away a few historic time favs by myself?

You can go to CBS.com and watch episodes, but I honestly don't know how far back you can watch. Also, soaps.com is a good place to get detailed updates.
