i think of that subsequently some green beans could bypass good with (or in) a pot roast. you have already got protein and starch, only lacking something that qualifies as a vegetable. My e book lists potatoes, carrots, limas, corn, and so forth. as "starchy vegetables" which diabetics would desire to chop back.
