You can take the train to MALMÖ, it costs about or less then 10 USD. Nearby the Railway station is a Bus stop with buses to OSLO or other places in Europe. The price is reasonable low - less then 20 USD.
You had better to ask someone at the Huvudbangårn/The main railway-station In Copenhagen/Köbenhavn about the very same buses, as some of them do stop by the railway station on their way up from Europe to Scandinavia.

I have checked it up.
From Ingerslevsgade by the Main railway station in Copenhagen there are buses called SÄFFLE BUSSARNA and number 300 goes four times a day from Copenhagen to OSLO over the bridge to Malmö and to Göteborg six times a day and further on to OSLO. Take advantage and stay some hours in Göteborg until the next bus comes on its way to OSLO.
Mondays to Thursdays are low price days and the price is about 300 DKK to Oslo. Have a nice travel to Norge/Norway you see a lot from the buses. How about to go by the ferry between Copenhage and OSLO. H

Some Univercities in Denmark (eg:South Danish Univercity) organise trips around Dk, to Sweeden, Norway. You just have to contact a right person at the Univercity, in a due time, sign in for the trip. As far as I know they go down there by farry.

Bus is probably cheapest, maybe around $10 for certain seats. But driving is also fairly cheap, but 8 hours is a long drive.
