I think that your skin tenses when it's cold, goosebumps appear and it isn't as soft and pokeable as in a warmer temperature.

They dont its just they firm up when cold therefore feeiling bigger .

the cold compresses your nipples making them larger and hard. dont worry its just a reaction to nature

If you had a implant breast. Could be get cold from your breast. You might have a silicone in your breast.
