The same question can be applied to the Dems, vote for the war (mistake), vote against funding the troops or equipment, (mistake) holler about supporting the troops then vote against funding them again (mistake), stand up and demand that Bush pull the troops out NOW then stand up and say, well I can't say that I'd have the troops home during the first term if elected (Four Years ya know)

And interestingly, Bush won the election with more than 50% of the vote both times (no mater how it was counted or recounted) something Bill never did.

There is only 1 true anti-war candidate for president and that is Ron Paul, a Republican. All the other Republicans support the Iraq, Iran, and Sudan Wars. Hillary Clinton also backs all 3 (though she pretends to be against the War on Iraq). All other Democrats except Kucinich and Gravel support the proposed invasion and overthrow of the moderate Islamic Democracy in Iran, as well as Sudan. Kucinich and Gravel oppose Iraq and Iran, but support Sudan (which is referred to as "humanitarian intervention" instead of "war" and is backed by a group called the "Save Darfur Coalition").

Ron Paul says no to all of the destabilizing wars that the other candidates support (they don't call him "Dr. No" in the Beltway for nothing). He also wants to dump the IRS and Federal Reserve to prevent the government from having enough money to start more wars in the future.

If you want to stop this country from warmongering, ironically your only choice is a Republican from Texas, though he has very little else in common with the Big Government Warmongering "Conservative" in the White House.
