I want to know whether it is a scam? I could not remember that I have applied for the job and without interview and exactly telling about the job requirements, the job has been offered with abnormal salary?

If you didn't interview, and the salary offered doesn't seem reasonable, then I think you know the answer, it's a scam of some sort. Either one of those two clues would be enough to say that.

Large construction compaines do not hire by mail or email. I have been a project manager and unless you have a 4 year degree and managed projects before, they will not even talk to you.
