You would be better off to hire someone you know , and just not advertise the job opening .....

Even if the black guy is less qualified for the job , and you have a majority of whites working , he can claim you have an affirmative action violation ....

If the white guy is less qualified , and the majority are mostly black , all he can do is ask for directions to the WGAS Department .....( Who Gives A Sh*t Dept.)

all things being equal there should be no descrimination.
but if there is it would be in a and g. I think a white man you blow it, which actually means they're being descriminated against. Is this a trick ?. ?
you need a degree in this country just to hire an employee

give both of them another test. Then tell both of them that each of them failed the test.

Then Hire away whichever you prefer; keep reminding about the failed test to the candidate and you're giving him/her a chance, then walaaa...you got yourself an employee with cheaper wage, highly motivated to work, a peace of mind, and a growing business
