im doing a garage base, 5m by 4m, 150mm thick, how much concrete do i need, cheers alan

3.2cubic metres gauranteed!.... note to above answer ..you will NOT get concrete for £66 per metre ..for a 3 metre load

5 x 4 x 0.15 cubic metres
= 20 x 0.15 = 3 m^3

5x4x.15 =3 you need 3 cubic metres cost at present £66 per cube

ring your local readymix company give them your dimentions and they will tell you to the nearest ounce how much you will need, happy concreting its hard work,,,
