I have a broadband connection through mediacom and up until last sunday the 23rd of sept.it worked fine and then it quit. They say there is no connection problem with them bu t I still can't access the internet.

Dial up or DSL?
Direct or via a router?
Wired or Wireless?
Do you get a valid IP?
Check your IE Connection settings
So many variables, it is impossible to help you with no more details.
