What would you say the major differences are between?

George W. Bush and Bill Clinton? What made their presidencies so different? What were Clintons major strong points as president and what are Bushs' strong points in his current presidency?

Clinton got laid a lot more.

Bush got more votes.

Neither is, or was, a real strong President, Clinton just had better circumstances while he was in office.
