Direct or indirect? If you're talking about making energy, then there's all of the other natural sources; water, wind, etc. But if you're talking about sources that things actually need to survive, then I don't believe there are more than the sun.

There is some radioactive decay that takes place in the Earths core, but I don't know the magnitude of that number off the top of my head.
However, for the most part, the Sun provides almost all of the energy we have on this planet.

Yes, the earth produces its own heat, partly left over from the formation of the planet, and partly from the decay of radioactives. Hot water springs derive their energy from those underground radioactives. Some people mentioned wind and hydropower. Both of those are derived indirectly from the sun. Uranium and other radioactives are independent of the sun. However oil and coal are an ancient byproducts of the sun.

Yes, of course. Your house probably doesn't run on solar power. It probably is connected to the local nuclear power plant - although the sun is undergoing nuclear fusion in it's core, this is not directly related to the nuclear power plants. Not to mention the fossil fuels that power your car. Or chemical energy from batteries. Or new hydrogen power cells.
