If its for yourself its a crime...however if its for say like strippers who are down on their luck and your just trying to help them, then its considered charity and it will be forgiven

They don't appreciate you Cowie, you work so hard and for what? You deserve more respect, more praise, more reward. It's only an extra $300, who cares - the place would fall apart without you, you know that. In fact you are doing them a favor by taking it!

By the way, I can only visit the County Jail on a Thursday............

Yes, that is very very illegal. Even if you own the company, it is still illegal. Yes, embezzlement, fraud, tax evasion. All felonies. All prison time.
