A police checklist is purely that, a checklist for the police and government counsel and is created for each individual who's arrested, convicted or no longer. it rather is no longer disclosable to absolutely everyone except you prepare to an agency like the Police or militia. Even then it could no longer have any impact on your activity e.t.c. A criminal checklist is diverse, it ability you have been convicted of an offence or familiar a warning, and continues to be disclosable to absolutely everyone who asks for it for no less than 5 years (companies, no longer persons). A criminal checklist can impact a destiny activity or an present one to boot as prohibiting you get admission to in to different international locations such because of the fact the U. S.. A penalty observe for illness is diverse. this is an admission which you comitted the offence besides the shown fact that by way of accepting and paying the positive you're discharging all accountability for the offence. subsequently, you will get a police checklist yet no longer a criminal one.

No.
But my ex best-friend does and so do my nephews.
Why do you ask?
A criminal record is not something people like to share. Society as a whole would like to keep a person down when they are down. A criminal record does not make a person a career criminal.
Some people do learn from their mistakes just as you will by asking this question.

Nope i have never had a record. I am as clean as a whistle. Now I am not saying I am a saint and that I have never done anything illegal, that would just be lying. I am saying that as a rule I do not do things illegal and what few things I have done I have never been caught for. I hope my luck holds out, and I hope I never do some of the stupid things people usually do to get a criminal record. =)

Pamela, I find you are on a questioning spree. If the 8000 + points are a burden to you, you may transfer a few thousand to my account, I don't mind carrying such a burden.
However, coming to your question, I think 'crime' needs to be defined first, for lying too is a crime and by that standard, every individual on this earth is a criminal.
Be happy.
