yes it should be all about the evidence- but throwing the race card in there brings in a ton of media attention

It isn't, not when you get down to the actual points of the judiciary system. Those who make it a point to establish race as an issue are the ones who keep prejudice alive and hindering the human race's ability to move forward.

because OJ himself....makes it out to be black and white issue. The media isn't the news..they are never on the fence on anything anymore..They want controversy and they create it by twisting the stories off something that is already true.
