I have been looking and interviewing for jobs for the past two months now with no luck. Can anyone tell me where I can at least apply for housing assistance. I am desperate. Thanks

Social Services , Section 8 is housing assistance ,
And give them all the info on the husband (esp his social security number ) so they can get the kids support $$ .
Also inquire about job training and placement assistance .
Social service assistance is meager and you will want to get a real job with real income ASAP .

Best of Luck

You have a local housing agency that may be able to help. Often there is a long list of applicants waiting. Here is a list for NC:

You can search for a rent subsidized apartment here:

Best of luck to you.

hello how are you doing today!my best suggestion is that you go to a realastate agent and ask him those question he"ll know every answer you"ll need. I have a little daughter too and on help fin din a job.i would go to ready labor, work on line,go fill in applications all over the place where ever you can go.but remember you got two boys. i would suggest that you find a baby sister. And remember
happens for a reason.

Go to the nearest Social Security or public assistance office and they will help you.

DSS would be able to help you with anything you need. I know it's hard to go to social services for help, but they can point you in the right direction.

Do you have any family you can turn to? I would start on starting a new life somewhere else.
