My Grandfather. He could speak and write in 9 languages and could mostly understand about 4 more. He did contract electrical work for Edison. He had his own electrical business at age 11. He only went to school for 6 months. He formed the Motion Picture Operator's Union. He built probably on of the first travel trailers. He built has own house. He helped my Grandmother raise 5 children. He lived to be 105 years old. He died in the 80s. I am now 60. I miss him more each day. We used to argue about labor vs management till all hours of the night. Then I would realize I had switched sides. He said the argument was getting boring so he changed sides.
