By psychometrically valid tests (Wechsler) about 142.
Note that very recently valid test have been expanded to go up to 155. Before that they only went to 150. Higher score than that cannot be realistically validated scientifically. Test that give really high result are invented by high-IQ social clubs like Mensa or profit-seeking web-sites to make their members or customers feel good.
Also, "Emotional IQ" is also important, and no good test for creativity has ever been developed. Someone with a high IQ may not have the ingenuity to stand out, while someone with an average IQ may be be a true genius. Even a genius *with* a high IQ could be a looser in life.

every test result varies a little.
also, IQs mean very little without emotional wisdom and experience.

IQ is not what matters when summing up somebody's intelligence. It measures your ability to learn, how smart you could be, not how smart you are.
