This Judge isn't going to play around with this guy, he's a strict Judge, I guarantee you Vick will get a minimum of 2 years in prison and will NEVER play football again. He will end up a skid row bum smoking crack, that's just my prediction, I could be wrong, what do you think?

It's not like he went to a couple of dog fights. This guy was involved in a criminal enterprise, like a dog fighting company that bet thousands of dollars on dogs. And this went on dozens of occassions for like 5 years. Did he think he wouldn't eventually get caught? He had a 100 million dollar contract. If he wanted to bet, go to Vegas you idiot.

Well he was smart enough to not get caught at the dog fighting for quite a while so I'd say he does have SOME brains. Sadly he uses them all the wrong ways. Oh and you read about how one of his co-defendents ended up in jail like right afterward because he tested positive? So yeah I'd say that guy was just a little stupider. Vick is probably the DUMBEST QB. Not sure I would even say Athlete in the NFL from last year when you add in Pacman Jones. He is so stupid, guess those State charges drove him to it.

I think the stupidest people in the world are those that keep talking about his dumb @$$. He is old news he should not get anymore publicity. He is going to prison! Thats great he should have no more time in the spotlight. It will be time to talk about him if and when he gets out of prison. Thats just my opinion. He is old news and he is getting what he deserves! Who cares if he smokes pot? Its not a performance enhancing drug? As far as I am concerned the whole world should. It would be alot more peaceful and calm place! The only reason that it is not legal in the U.S. is because the government cant control it hence therefore cant TAX it. So instead the waste a whole bunch of taxpayers money to pay for people in jail and in prison for possesing it and growing it. Some other countries do not have a problem with it because it is not a problem because it is legal!!!!!!!! I think if everyone who smokes pot came forward and admitted it the entire world would be shocked!

Micheal Vick isn't stupid, Michael Vick is Arrogant. This is becuase since some coach realized that he had phyical talent he's been handed everything on a platter, everything he's done has been based on how well he passed or ran or played. After afew years being treated like a "SPECIAL PERSON" he's grown in his arrogance.
Everytime someone bails you out, evertime you get special treatment . So you become arrogant, You don't think that the rules apply to you.

No team is going to touch this turd when he gets out of jail. Look at Tank Johnson or Ricky Williams. No one wants to touch them because of the bad karma that comes along with them. A team would have to be really really in desperate need to sign either any of these criminals. Although, I did hear that Ricky Williams might get signed. I wonder if he'll get marijuana as an bonus incentives?

Okay Answerman, I like it. I had not thought of that but you forgot too mention Goodell. I mean our legal system is so screwy and it favors the criminal to say the least. However, this particular judge and Goodell are an exception to our lenient system. Now Vick truly is a gambling man but my sense tells me he may have rolled 'box cars.' We'll see.

The CFL has already expressed interest in Mr Vick's services after prison. He will bounce back he will not reside in the US nor will he play football in the US again. He will declare Bankruptcy before paying anyone any $$.

Even smart people do stupid things. Being stupid doesn't always have to do with a person doing well academically, but the choices they make. Michael Vick made a bad choice therefore it is a stupid choice. That has nothing to do with his educational background.

Vick is a complete idiot.
You've got to be high to throw away a career the way he has. I don't know Mike, but he appears to be pretty stupid. I doubt that the positive THC test will add too much to his charges.....I guess it could land him in jail while he awaits sentencing though.

you might be surprised to hear this, but his latest drug situation may actually help him lessen his sentence. Now that he provided the court proof that he has a "Substance Abuse Problem", he now is eligible for an early release drug rehabilitation program that he was not eligible for up until this situation arose. This could cut up to a full year of off his prison sentence in lieu of drug rehabilitation.
So, as stupid as it sounds, this pot thing was actually one of the smarter things he has done lately. I
wouldn't be surprised to find out he was advised of this situation by his legal team and purposely got caught. Since when can a millionaire not afford to go to GNC and buy something to clean his system, especially when he knew that a drug test was part of the process?
