I heard something about one of my teachers and that he was arrested or something for sexual assult. So... is there any way I can get online and possibly type in his name and see if he has done anything else in the past? Or is there maybe a website?? If anyone knows, please tell me!

who is spreading this rumor? Do you even know how hard it is for someone to become a teacher with that kind of a record. Geez, you kids. believe everything you hear.

It's the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Registry. I'm not sure how frequently this is updated, but I do know that it only lists convicted sex offenders. So, if your teacher was recently arrested and he has not been convicted of the crime, you won't be able to find it through here. You might want to call the local police department and ask if there was an arrest done.

There should be a website for your county police dept. and I'm sure you can find it there. I highly doubt that rumor is true because they would not let a pedifile be a teacher (unless he was never prosectuted)

im sure you can check your local newspaper archives for the arrests section, or whereever he lives.
but if he was arrested earlier in his life for sexual assult, no school in this country would hire him.

If he was charged with a sex crime then he would be on the sex offender registry. You can search your state's sex offender registry with his name.
