Nahhhh, don't be alarmed. GO with it and enjoy. But give him a few hints, there are more fun ways of being tied up than by the ankles at least not the ankles alone.

by the ankles? he has no idea what he is doing. so, you have nothing to fear.
when he handcuffs your wrists to your ankles, like i do, and says it is to keep you from leaving, yes, you should be alarmed. unless you like it, of course.
