She is a power monger and if you make her look bad it makes the polls go down and so she knows it hurts her chance to be elected.
It is her way of saying I hate you for asking that question.

I never saw that during a real debate, or during real questioning. But I can say that at least she shows up to them, even if she can't help but laugh at the ridiculousness that is fox news...

Its called nervous laughter...usually when someone doesnt have the correct answer or one that will make sense.
