That not enough information. If your talking osmosis then you must mean across a semi permeable membrane. What is the concentration of each substance? What is the permeability ratio of the membrane? Lots of factors to consider.

no, it is not osmosis.. the first poster is correct..
osmosis is diffusion, diffusion of water.. we use this term when we are talking about water diffusing. hope this clarifies
