Firstly, I should confess to being a vampire so might be what some consider a subject expert. We have an amazing ability to live more or less eternally, it's fair to say that your modern day illness' don't cause us any problems. The plaque was a tricky one for a while a few years ago, but apart from that were pretty much indestructable..... Holy water can burn a bit, garlic can be a bit tricky as are wooden steaks through the heart. 1, 2, 3, back in the room though, in answer to your question, no vampire friend of mine has ever caught AIDS.....

Vampires are immune to AIDS. Only way you can kill em is a stake and some garlic. And maybe some holy water.

No, we have an enzyme that kills the virus. We've offered our help to WHO (World Health Organistation) but they didn't want to do a deal with the Undead.

Oh I had never thought about this. It bugs me now. Maybe in these dangerous times they should rob blood from blood banks, to be safe.

They'll have it in their system but it won't affect them as they are immortal and don't get ill or anything like that!
