I've only had little bits of tofu in soup, I didn't like it. But fried tofu sounds good.

I like it fried and also the way that you get it in Japanese restaurants with the weird stuff on top and the soy sauce.

Yes it is good that way or mixed in with eggs and scrambled or inplace of scrambled eggs. As there are mixes you can get to give it flover instead of eggs for those that dont eat actual eggs.
Also it is good as a loaf, like a meat loaf. with spices and breads or vegetables in it. There are many uses for it
