I have hazel brown/green eyes , I've tried a lot of color contacts and for sure the best are Acuvue they come in colors made specifically for light and dark eyes. I got blue and people couldn't even tell they were fake my friends even went and bought some for our party nights in Vegas. You must go see your doctor though for the correct fit never try that cheap swap meet crap , they don't work. Costco has them for dirt cheap, if you have no insurance they also have an eye care center that also extremely cheap. they have great docs I used to go there when I had no insurance.

i dont know alot about colored contacs but from what i've seen the color will work to cover over your eye color, just depends if it looks natural on you or not.

why brown? brown eyes are kinda boring.
i think aqua or dark green would look great with your skin & mascara.
