Well number one you need a pulley puller to get the old pulley off the old pump and put it on the new pump. Look up the part on http://www.autozone.com and go to their local store and ask if they have loaner tools for that job. Also try other auto parts stores in your area and maybe they assist in getting the pulley off and on the new pump if you buy it their. Otherwise, you can do the job with wrenches etc. Buy a http://www.haynes.com manual for your model car.

First find your power steering pump. Remove anything that is in the way of taking the belt off of it, remove the belt (you might have to loosen up a tensioner or something).

Unplug any wires, and remove the hydraulic lines from the pump - they make special wrenches for the fittings - you should borrow or buy some. It looks like a normal wrench, it wraps almost all the way around the fitting - so you will actually have to slide it down onto the fitting rather than than from the side. This keeps from damaging the fitting.

Once you have everything off of it, simply unbolt it, take it out - put the new one in, and do everything in reverse. Make sure to take notes, mark wires/hoses etc. - maybe even take pictures so you will know how it goes back together.

Make sure to do it right - because you do not want your power steering failing.

It never hurts to pick up a manual for your car - haynes makes really good ones with pics and detailed instructions for doing just about anything to your car. They are available at most auto parts stores. There might be specific things you have to do just right to make it function correctly - and the manual will let you know what they are.

This is a real knuckle buster, three bolts in front and a bracket in back, find the two bolts that hold the bracket to the engine block and remove still attached to pump. You might be able to drop it down with high pressure line still attached, after you disconnect low pressure line.
P.S. rebuilt pump $68.00 at AUTO ZONE they will loan you pully removal tool.
