Actually, today it's 89 days until Christmas. But I meant to post this question yesterday.

ACLU continues to intimidate municipalities with costly legal battles to remove Christmas Nativities.
Berkley, Michigan is the latest. But this November 6th the voters may take a stand in favor of Christmas.

The lawyers are fighting, biting, stabbing, shooting, knifing, kicking, castrating each other just to get to the front of the copy machine, so they can make more copies of the required forms for filing lawsuits.
ONE of the reasons for this mayhem, is the lawyers are extremely jealous of the politicians who make MILLIONS taking BRIBES ---OOPPPS sorry , Political campaign contributions from the lobbyists ALL YEAR LONG !!!!!!
Ever notice how many lawyers are politicians?? Hillary, Billy Boy, Edwards, Pelosi, Reed, hell, I'm to old to take the time listing all of the lawyer/politicians !!1
BTW !!! Did you know that it is the top 98.739 % of lawyers that give all of the rest a bad reputation????

Ah, yes, the pagan symbol that is the "Christmas" tree. Or maybe I should say Mythras tree, as December 25 is NOT the birthday of Jesus. And I do love the pagan-based light displays, although I don't think the illuminated animatronics are exactly what most pagans have in mind. I just would rather not see a creche, thank you very much.
So long as ALL religions are considered, I don't mind.

Yah, wonder how many stores will refuse to allow the Salvation Army to collect outside their doors this year, since they are a Christian organization. Target stopped getting my $$ when they refused the Salvation Army to even stand outside in the freezing cold and collect.

With just 89 days to go, it's clearly time to start up the fake war on Christmas again.
There's no constitutional problem with displaying Christmas trees on any government owned property. Trees, nativity scenes, crosses, etc. can all be displayed on private property anywhere in the US. There won't be any suits.
