Also I should mention that this baby is only my husband's second biological child since our first three girls are from a previous marriage from me. I do know he determines the sex!

Well the old wives tale says to take a needle and tie a string to it. Rub it on your stomach and then hold it over your stomach. If it goes around in a circle it is a girl and if it swings back and forth its a boy.

It is impossible to say without knowing the father's sperm count, specifically the ratio of male to female. That is the only factor that influences the probability of the sex of your next child. The fact that you had four girls is irrelevant. Just like tossing a coin. If you toss heads 10 times in a row, the probability of tossing heads the eleventh time is still 1 in 2. So, if the fathers sperm ratio is 1:1, then the probability of a boy is 1 in 2. But if his sperm ratio favors one sex over the other, then the probability shifts accordingly.

I don't think chances have much to do with it - although statistically, more boys are born than girls. Boys have a higher mortality rate for some reason - it's like 106 to 100 boys to girls. I learned that in HS biology.
Anyway - one thing that worked for me to tell - heartrate! My daughters were always above 140-150, my son's was 130's or lower. It's not supposed to be scientific, but it did happen for us!
Best Wishes!

The father's DNA is the determining factor in whether the baby will be a boy or a girl.
