Limited first person pertains to yourself, you are narrating your own story and you only know what is given to you.

Limited second person is another person in the story, who is narrating about the main character, both only know what is given.

Omniscient third person is a narrator that is not part of the story but knows everything that is going on. God would be an example.

"Omniscient 3rd person" narrative means, in literature, the way a novelist knows everything about everything in the novel, though the characters have limited knowledge, as we do in real life.
I think then that the limited 2nd or 1st person means that the story is narrated by (or to) a character in the story. As a character in the story, this person has limited knowledge of what happens in the story.
