Need to know for my fantasy team quick, would like somebody to give me lots of details why and dont say one team because you like that team better.

For this week, you can't go wrong with San Diego. Nothing provides for a better fantasy DEF week than going up against the Kansas City Chiefs. There's probably not a better fantasy DEF matchup for you anywhere - however, Houston is playing Atlanta, which has just as anemic an offense as KC. This being said, San Diego has a lot more defensive playmakers on their team than Houston (besides Mario Williams I can't even really think of anyone notable on Houston - San Diego you're talking Merriman, Phillips, Quentin Jammer, lots of talented guys who can strip/pick it and take it the other way for seven).
For this week's game, and in the long run, San Diego will tend to be a better pick. Speciifcally in this week's game because they have players on their side of the ball who can make things happen to possibly get you a Defensive TD (both teams will probably not allow a lot of points).

I wish I had your problem this week. Those are both awesome matchups.
I would start San Diego. Kansas City hasn't shown they can do anything offensively. Atlanta is at home and they woke up last week.

san diego by a long shot and i like houston better so im not picking san diego cause i like them better i just think san diego is the better defense in this one because of shawn merriman but on the other hand houston might be better because they have a better defense because of marty schottemier is gone.where did he go anyway?did he retire?anyway houston may be better because of poor coaching by norv turner...

You don't play the D, you play the matchup. Who's playing against who matter a LOT when picking D.
