Only if I can stay behind a double glazed window with a roaring fire burning behind me until it's completely gone ... including the frost and slush too.

No - after 1947, and the winter of 1962-3, I never want to see snow in the UK again.
I don't want to have water pipes frozen underground so that the only drinking water we had was brought round by a lorry.
I don't want to see all my house plants die because all the water in their cells froze.
I don't want vegetables to be quadrupled in price because they have been frozen in the ground and rotted
I don't want to see floods in Devon and Somerset because the rivers aren't able to carry away the melting snow fast enough
I don't want to see transport brought to a complete halt and food deliveries with it
I don't want to be without electricity and telephone again because the weight of the snow has brought down all the cables. I don't want to be cold - no electricity means no heating, since even gas central heating boilers need electricity.
I would like a nice mild winter which would help to make the never-ending darkness bearable.
Do you get the feeling that I dread the thought of snow, this or any winter? Bin there, done that, bought the tee shirt.

Well yes I would because it looks gorgeous and this will be my pups first winter and she would love snow. I think we will have a bad winter this year as there have been tons of berries on the trees and bushes. But I hate to think of all the animals that live outdoors freezing in the snow!

Yes, i would love to see snow. I love winter & have missed it. I lived in Hawaii for 2 years & felt like I was stuck in summer. I'm back on the Mainland now & having seasons is much better.

Snow?? Hmmm... I dunno, I'm up here in Toronto area, that is Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is the warmest September on Record up here, So I hope we get snow. Global Warming, first thing to go will be the snow, then the Midwest will turn into a dessert and so forth. Especially when USA Canada and Australia are banding together to form the "NEW" Kyoto protocol, which actually does nothing, and has no targets at all for greenhouse gas reduction.

Yes!!!!!!
Oh the joy of snow fights at school...... It's the highlight of the year!!!! Especially the warming up sensation of hot cocoa when you've been rolling around in the snow for two hours!!!
Plus, in England when we get snow it's usually only a day, or two of actual snow. Otherwise we just get freezing winds blowing and making our noses all bright red so we look like rudolf.

I'd like to wake up on Christmas Day and see a blanket of untouched snow to be lying before my house.
