Alright, so since last night I've been getting heartburn/acid reflux feelings (I hardly ever get that). My BBs have been sore as have my right nip. I've had a head ache all day, very mild grain, but enough to make me feel tired. I'm 10 dpo. Any input?

This is certainly right around the time where some women start feeling symptoms, so it could be. But, honestly, it can't be said for certain.
I tested positive at 12DPO, so you could sit tight for a couple of days and then try to test :)

you might be but its too early to test, i have felt the same way since the same point try to relax and see if your period comes
