My favs as a kid, and this is going to date me: Kimba the White Lion, Felix the Cat, Speed Racer, Sabrina the Teenage Witch (the one from the early 70's), the Archies, Jetsons, Josie and the Pussycats and Scooby Doo: Where are You? when Scooby and the gang use to meet the Harlem Globetrotters, Sonny and Cher and other celebrities. I also liked the early 80's cartoons of Fonzie (Ay!), Laverne and Shirley and Mork and Mindy.

Looney Tunes, especially when Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam were in the same cartoon. If you're talking a regular cartoon series, then it would be The Animaniacs.
