Why ladies only LoL--- i got so much grief when my partner was pregnant because of this..
Your nipples are sore because they are going through a change, as are the whole of your breasts - they are getting ready to produce milk for the baby.
All women's breasts get larger when pregnant

That was the first very sign that tipped me off that I was pregnant. My breasts looked like a roadmap with all of the blue veins and they went up a full cup size in one month. I wasn't complaining though =)

My nipples hurt, but no veins popped out. THis is normal due to the milk that is producing.

Yes, my breasts hurt when I was pregnant. There's greater circulation going on in your body, too. That may have something to do with your vein thing... ask your OB.

Yes I did, & they soon after that turned into strech marks, they look pretty ugly (5 years later).
& the nipples hurting, oh Yeah they hurt big time, but if you think it is bad now, just wait a few days after you have you baby, you will want to cry if someone even bumps into your chest!

Yes. About the third month, the "Boob Fairy" came to visit. It's a perfectly normal reaction to the hormones. Your body is preparing to feed the baby after its birth. Enjoy them, dear.

Well my breasts were pretty sore but every woman is different if it really bothers you have your doctor check it out, they'll probably say it's normal though?
