my web pages on the internet, lately, have been looking "old school" but it's like a 2004 gateway with DSL, every line or heading takes up more vertical room and doesn't go very far horizontaly, and the backgrounds are always white, there are hardly any "boxes" around the links, and some things like the answer network box looks like a big html code, but sometimes the pages look normal though. but what could be wrong and what should I do to fix it?
