The pills are scams.
If you notice, they say to eat healthy and work out. THAT is what makes you lose weight, not the pills themselves.
Cut out ALL sodas, drink LOTS of water, cut back on cholesterol, fat, trans fat especially, and sodium.
Eat lots of veggies. Snack on carrots instead of fatty foods.
Work out often.

I am sorry to tell you, but the pills out today do not do much of anything, except lead you to feel sick to your stomach or make your heart race, and can be potentially fatal for some. I would suggest you continuing with your diet and exercise program and you should see results with that.

Also, don't know if you are interested, or if you have one in your area, but I am about to join Curves for Women to lose some weight and inches. My mom just joined and had already been going there a week and already, she lost inches and he clothes are fitting looser.

ALL diet pills basically do the same exact thing, they suppress your appetite.
ONCE you go off of them, you will automatically gain weight back because your body has returned to normal.
You can do without diet pills by simply eating less, it is free. You do not need diet pills to eat less, you can eat more healthy, filling meals.
Medically speaking, most diet pills are not safe, and they are not healthy to use.
