Go in the end of April to see the beautiful cherry blossom festival and there will be matsuri festivals everywhere too. The whole country is beautified with those flowers everywhere. Japanese goes picnic in the cemeteries and they eat japanese food and drink sake or wine. It's quite an experience! Yutaka is worn only in the summer, and then the more dressy outfit is of course the kimono.
