The site might be legal.
The p2p program it uses may be legal.
The actual movies though are ILLeGal because 'forumz' does NOT have the rights from the copywrite-holders to 'give' their movies away. It is illegal to 'allow' someone to copy a movie (or anything) that is copyrighted, without proper permission from the movies' owner(s). You can download the movie to your computer and watch it, legally, as long as you don't allow someone else to upload it from you. Then YOU would be breaking the laws that are stated at the begining of every dvd. ;P
