Never take a fantasy defense because they "look good" stopping half the field. Take the defense with the best matchup to create turnovers, regardless of its usual character.
Green Bay's defense doesn't even fit this mold since they are on fire right now, but the matchup part is still true. The Vikes' passing "offense" is worth at least three turnovers. The Pack are also heavy on sacks, and there won't be any issues with Favre turning the ball over deep in Viking territory - the sorry Minnesota pass defense would struggle covering a sleeping baby with a bed sheet.
This non-committal Broncos fan with two 3-0 teams is starting Green Bay this week on defense and you should too.

Start Minnesota Defense, without a doubt. They will destroy GB's weak offensive line and force Favre to pass and with Cedrick Griffin and Antoine Winfield chances of getting a Defensive TD are GREAT!! Go with MINN

You take MN defense in this one, especially at home. They have scored a lot of TDs at home over the last season or so - most in the league. Plus, they'll only give up 50 yards rushing or less and will pick off Favre a couple times, even if he throws a TD or 2.

Minnesota's defense is better, but I'd take GB against the pathetic Viking offense. They'll stack up against Peterson and dare the Vikes QB (Holcomb? Jackson?) to throw on them.

The uncooked numbers after 2 video games tutor the Dolphins rank thirty first against the run, 178.5 yards in keeping with activity, and their 4.6 yards in keeping with carry allowed stands twenty 6th. Oakland this twelve months is working the ball properly attributable to the O-line and Lamont Jordan. The %. protection has those stats: Rank: 15, protection sixteen.7 factors in keeping with activity allowed, avg 324.0 entire yards in keeping with activity allowed (234.0 passing, ninety.0 rushing. Minnesota's offense has those stats: Rank: 28, Offense 17.0 factors in keeping with activity scored, 289.0 entire yards in keeping with activity (a hundred and sixty.7 passing, 128.3 rushing). IMHO, i might circulate with GB for the reason that they might close down the run and Minnesota's QB's are shaky at ultimate
