Erm....just the one, dear.

And, no, the Earth is not still forming. That does not mean that it will not change over the next few billion years, but it is fully formed now.

BTW Jon - can you tell me which scientists you got that lot from cos it's all complete nonsense.

I hope the questions that you have been given for homework were actually constructed better than what you have represented here.

Anyway,

1) for all intents and purposes, just one. Who asked this and why would you think there would be more than one. By definition, even if there were anything prior, it would be all but
impossible to know.

2) The Earth as we know it has formed, however, it is forever evolving. i.e. erosion, earthquake, tides etc are forces at work continually changing our landscape, so on that level, we are in a constant state of change.

from what I've noticed, everything is winding down. Scientists belive that the universe is now imploding, possibly back to what it started as. Earths orbit of the sun is slowly collapsing, so is the moons. Atleast, thats what the scientists say, they've been wrong more that once, way more than once.

In my opinion, none.
The Big Bang is a hypothesis with many many problems. It does not fit well with the observed evidence.

The earth and universe were created. That is also a philosphical idea - but one that fits the evidence.
