Which of the available free anti-spyware programs is the most effective and has the least problems in your opinion?
ps I have ad-aware and Avast so it must be compatible

No one of them will catch everything. They all have different definition libraries or update processes. You should have several that scan, but only one with the shield active.

After The Trial Period This WIll Be Disabled And It'll Be Just Like Ad-Aware.
All Anti-Spyware Are Compatible But Dont Scan At The Same Time.

u should use ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite. This is the serial .6jtch-vnr2p-5xttf-ih4t3e-uxk2k0. It has two function, anti-virus and anti-spyware.

Spybot search & destroy is the best out there,you can use it in combination with Lavasoft Ad-aware 2007 or 2006.

I prefer Spy Sweeper which we use at work. (BestBuy) Rated #1 since it came out. Runs a full system scan or anything you want to scan. Blocks virus ect. while you are online. Has a virus log to tell you what the name of the virus is and risk it might have to your computer. Its definetly the best.

You've already make a good step. Add Superantispyware or AVG and you're good. Also, scan computer everyday.

I use Ad-Aware, SpyBot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster and Windows Defender. I also have HijackThis! ready just in case.

u can run multiple anti-spyware apps if u leave active protection disabled and just run the scanner .. add spybot and avg in there ...
